David Allen Webb, born March 31, 1952, is the son of Clifford Webb (deceased) and Laura Webb. David grew up in his hometown where he attended Ranger Elementary, graduated from Guyan Valley High School in 1970 and enlisted in the United States Air Force (USAF), in 1972.

During his tour of duty, he received 60 semester hours of college through the Community College of the Air Force. He attended several Air Force Academies with curriculums that included: Military Law, Human Relations, Racial and Ethical Relations, Leadership and Management skills.

Additionally, David’s military performance reports that span his 21 year career are rated nothing less than excellent, with several high ranking Generals endorsements stating the same. David has irrefutable military records substantiating the above. He retired from his military service in 1993, holding the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, the highest achievable rank for an enlisted member of the USAF.

Upon retirement he permanently moved and built a home in Ranger. A few short years later, he and his wife, Donna (McComas) Webb, purchased a small business in Midkiff, WV where they presently work today. He and his wife presently operate the day to day business of Webb Manufacturing, as well as Midkiff License and Title Service.

David has two children: a daughter, Korena (Webb) Klein of Rosemount, MN, and a Son, Clifford Webb of Phoenix, AZ. He has two grandchildren who reside in Rosemount, MN.

David is seeking one of two Magistrate seats in Lincoln County. He believes in our Judicial System, and wants to ensure every citizen receives fair and impartial treatment.
